SCOPE

These terms govern the sale of art prints by Gerardo Vizmanos (“the Artist”).

They apply to all direct sales: in person, by correspondence, telephone, or electronic means.

By confirming an order, the buyer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms.

ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS

All works are original, signed, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Limited editions; number of copies specified.

Delivered unframed unless expressly requested.

PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Prices are final, including taxes.

Shipping, packaging, or insurance costs are not included; customs or local fees are buyer’s responsibility.

The Artist may modify prices prior to order confirmation.

Orders confirmed upon full payment; changes or cancellations not accepted.

 SHIPPING AND RECEPTION OF PRINTS

Delivery: within 2 business weeks from payment confirmation.

Notification by email with tracking number.

International sales under CPT Incoterm: risk transfers to buyer upon shipping.

Buyer must inspect packaging and artwork; any damage or defects must be photographed and reported promptly.

DAMAGES AND LOSS

All prints are inspected before shipping.

If production defects are identified after delivery, the Artist will replace the print at no cost to the Buyer.

If damage or loss occurs during transport to uninsured works, the Artist may offer a replacement at production cost plus new shipping.

For unique works or when replacement is not possible, the Buyer is advised to contract appropriate insurance.

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Artist retains all copyright.

Sale transfers only physical ownership of the work, not reproduction rights.

Reproduction, distribution, or public communication without authorization is prohibited.

CARE AND CONSERVATION

Avoid direct sunlight exposure.

Maintain environment with 45-55% relative humidity.

Stable temperature between 64-72°F (18-22°C).

Handle with cotton gloves.

DATA PROTECTION

The buyer's personal data will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations, solely for sales management and communications related to the acquired artwork.
